Can I get my coffee on a subscription?

Oh yes! All you need to do is visit the Club topmenu and design your personal subscription package - and we will take care of the rest!

With a Club subscription you will never have to worry about going Winchester on your favorite coffee anymore!
Here you can choose your between different coffee subscriptions that lasts 3, 6 or 12 month, all with a monthly shipment of you favorite Joe.

You can also give a 3 month coffee subscription as a gift to a coffee lover who deserves a little pampering. The purchase process is the same as for a regular coffee subscription - only difference is you also need to enter the name and mail adress of the recipient of your gift together with a text message that will be sent to the recipient of the Gift Subscription.

How do I use the "Operators Loyalty Program"?

Our Operators Loyalty Program (OLP) allows our customers to earn Reward Points in the webshop. Reward Points are awarded based on the purchases you make. For each 20 DKK you spend you will earn 1 Reward Point. 1 Reward Point has the value of 1 DKK. The total amount of Reward Points earned for an order is displayed at checkout. Purchased Reward Points are valid for 45 days and are activated to your account immediately after checkout.

You can always see your Reward Points balance in your account by selecting the Reward Points menu.

Reward Points can be used as one of the payment methods in the webshop. This option is displayed in the payment method area of the checkout. Your available reward points can be used together with other payment options shown at checkout. Under the menu Payment Options tick the checkbox "Use my Reward Points" and your Reward Points will be deducted your order total.

Are you registered by the Norwegian Tax Authorities to sell and ship goods to Norway under the VOEC?

Why do you list a NATO Stock Number with your products?

The NATO Codification System (NCS) is a uniform and common system for identification, classification and stock numbering of Items of Supply of user nations. It is designed to achieve maximum effectiveness in logistics support and to facilitate materiel data management.

Operators Coffee Club has been issued with a NATO Commercial and Governmental Entity (NCAGE) code: R8586 by Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO). Users of the NATO Master Catalogue of References for Logistics (NMCRL) can easily obtain our name and address and other details associated with our NCAGE code and the Items of Supply (the products) registered to Operators Coffee Club. By registrering NATO Stock Numbers for our products we can service coffee lovers in military and government units in a simple and efficient way.

English is the international language for NATO Special Operation Forces which is where our heritage derives from. This site is currently only in English and Danish, but additional language versions are on their way.

We know that Operators are serving all over the world and often are out-of-office on mission the most remote places. With the help of our International carriers DSV, GLS and PostNord we make sure you will get your Operators Coffee Club coffee & gear where & when your need it.

How much is the shipping costs?

Within EU: Operators Coffee Club offers free shipping on all orders above €160. Orders below €160 delivered within EU (3-5 working days) will be charged according to destinantion. Actual shipping cost to your country are shown during check out.

International: free shipping on orders above €250 / 260$ (ex VAT). Orders below €250 / 260$ delivered international (3-5 working days) will be charged according to destinantion. Actual shipping cost to your country are shown during check out.

Within Denmark: Operators Coffee Club offers free shipping on all orders above 895 DKK / €120. Orders below 895 DKK / € 120 delivered within Denmark (1-2 working days) will be charged €5 / 39 DKK

You can expect delivery between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our coffee machines are extra heavy (30 kilo+) and require special delivery service. The extra cost of freight is shown in the shopping cart.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are integrated in the total shipping cost to the specific destination. The customs process will be handled by our freight partner DSV for international customers.

What is an “Early Bird Certificate”?

We are constantly testing new blends and equipment in the field, searching for the next “OCC competitive advantage” for the Operators. When you buy our Early Bird Certificate you become a “first mover customer” for products that we only have on stock in a very limited number and/or is testing together with Operators to see if it should be part of our future assortment. A gift card for OCC Moments, how does it work?

When you have purchased a gift card, the recipient you have entered (name & Email) will receive an Email from Operators Coffee Club which will include senders name and Email and a link to our webshop. In the mail the recipient will find your personal message, the value of the Gift Card and the unique 12 digit Gift Card code that should be entered in the "Enter Gift Card Code" box at the shopping cart.

After entering your gift card during checkout, the balance will immediately be deducted from the order total. If your order total exceeds the amount on your gift card, you can pay the remainder with a credit or debit card, PayPal account, discount code or additional gift card(s).
