Please read these Terms of Sale and Subscription carefully. By making a purchase from Operators Coffee Club ApS. ("Operators Coffee Club", "we", "our" or "us") via its Operators Coffee Club website located at https://OperatorsCoffee.Club (the "Site") or Operators Coffee Club platform, products, services and on-line and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale"). The Service is also governed by the Operators Coffee Club's Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms of Sale are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Operators Coffee Club's sole discretion. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms of Sale to the Site. Any changes to these Terms of Sale will supersede and replace prior versions of the Terms of Sale and will apply to all purchases made after the revised Terms of Sale go into effect. In addition, changes to these Terms of Sale will apply to any unperformed obligations, terms or conditions associated with prior purchases. We recommend that you review these Terms of Sale frequently to understand the terms applicable to your transactions. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, do not make any purchases via the Service.

Purchase Qualifications; Account Security
To make a purchase via the Service, you can choose between checkout as guest or to register an account with Operators Coffee Club and you must comply with these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Service and all applicable policies. You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your Operators Coffee Club user account at all times, including but not limited to your billing address, email address, a valid Payment Method (as defined below). You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of, and restricting access to, your account, user name and password.
We use a SSL Certificate to protect your credit card transactions, data transfer and login info's.
Pricing and Availability
All prices for products and services made available via the Service are shown in the EU currency EURO (EURO), US Dollar (US Dollar), British Pound Sterling (British Pound), Swedish Krona (SEK), Norwegian Kroner (NOK) or Danish Kroner (DKK), and Danish VAT (25%) is included.
Operators Coffee Club reserves the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue the Service (and the sale of any products or services) without prior notice to you, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Operators Coffee Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchases or attempted purchases at any time and in its sole discretion.
Only valid credit cards or other payment methods acceptable to us may be used ("Payment Method").
Valid credit cards and payment methods are (payment fee 0%): PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and ViaBill. (MobilePay and AnyDay are only available as payment options in Denmark)
Payment fee for using PayPal is 0% for payment in DKK and 3,4% for other currencies.
By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated Payment Method and authorize us (or Operators Coffee Club' authorized payment processor) to charge or debit your order (including taxes and any other amounts described on the Site or Service) to that Payment Method. If the Payment Method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically. You must resolve any problem Operators Coffee Club encounters in order to proceed with your order. You agree to timely pay for all amounts (including taxes and late fees, as applicable) ("Purchase Fees") as may be accrued in connection with any purchase you make. You agree that Operators Coffee Club may charge or debit all Purchase Fees to the Payment Method you provide to Operators Coffee Club via the Service. You agree that Operators Coffee Club may use all legal means available to collect Purchase Fees should our attempts to charge or debit your Payment Method fail for any reason, including any collection agency and legal fees.
Operators Loyalty Program
Our Operators Loyalty Program (OLP) allows our customers to earn Reward Points in the webshop. Reward Points are awarded based on the purchases you make. For each 20 DKK you spend you will earn 1 Reward Point. 1 Reward Point has the value of 1 DKK. The total amount of Reward Points earned for an order is displayed at checkout. Purchased Reward Points are valid for 45 days and are activated to your account immediately after checkout.
You can always see your Reward Points balance in your account by selecting the Reward Points menu.
Reward Points can be used as one of the payment methods in the webshop. This option is displayed in the payment method area of the checkout. Your available reward points can be used together with other payment options shown at checkout. Under the menu Payment Options tick the checkbox "Use my Reward Points" and your Reward Points will be deducted your order total.
Please note: Reward points are only applied to registered users.
Operators Coffee Club provides worldwide delivery through our freight partners DSV, PostNord and GLS.
At checkout, you can choose your preferred carrier and delivery method according to country of destination.
Within EU Operators Coffee Club offers free shipping on all orders above €160. Orders below €160 delivered within EU (3-5 working days) will be charged according to destinantion. Actual shipping cost to your country are shown during check out.
International free shipping on orders above €250 / 260$ (ex VAT). Orders below €250 / 260$ delivered international (5-7 working days) will be charged according to destinantion. Actual shipping cost to your country are shown during check out.
Within Denmark Operators Coffee Club offers free shipping on all orders above 895 DKK / €120. Orders below 895 DKK / € 120 delivered within Denmark (1-2 working days) will be charged €6.60 / 49 DKK.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of our coffee machines are extra heavy (30 kilo+) and require special delivery service. The extra cost of freight is shown in the shopping cart.
Delivery between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Deliveries within the EU will incur no import or export duties. Some international deliveries may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions.
Please note that local charges (customs duty, VAT, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are NOT integrated in the total shipping cost calculated during checkout. The customs process will be handled by our freight partners GLS, PostNord or DSV and will be charged to the customer.
It is also your responsibility to ensure any products ordered comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
Delivery of Early Bird Certificates, Pre-orders and back-ordered products
By purchasing an Early Bird Certificate for micro batches or upcoming product launches the order will be shipped to you as soon, as we receive the products from our supplier. When pre-ordering a product not yet in stock, no payment will be withdrawn until the goods are shipped to the customer.
Always be aware of product availability while ordering!
If you want to order a product, which is not in stock, you will receive a message from Operators Coffee Club on when to expect for this product to be in stock again. If any product is out of stock or out of production at our supplier, we will let you know right away.
Payment Terms; Refunds
If you regret your purchase, Operators Coffee Club will of course refund the full amount you have paid.
In the event of an impairment, which you are liable for, the value of the impairment will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you use your right to cancel, we will refund all payments received, including shipping charges (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We carry out such reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Note we do not accept packages sent Cash On Delivery (COD).
Warranty regulations and your right to complain
Danish Consumer deficiency rules may apply to purchases.
When you buy from Operators Coffee Club a 24-month warranty is guaranteed. This means that you can either get your purchased item repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use of the product or other irresponsible behavior.
You must claim within "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the product. If you make a claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
If the complaint is justified we will refund (reasonable) shipping costs.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the items for Refund within 14 days from the order's shipment date. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Fill in the order number in the return note and include it in the parcel.
The security and hang tags (if included) must be intact and attached to all items to be returned. Items must be in a new condition, not showing sign of use or wear in any way.
All items must be returned in their original product boxes/packaging, which must not be damaged used or altered in any way.
When returning, you are responsible for items until they reach our warehouse. Make sure they are packed up safely in transportation box, similar to the one you received your items in.
If the product box/packaging or items themselves are damaged under transportation as a result of improper transport packing, we deduct a fee for their replacement.
If you wish to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once the returned product is received by Operators Coffee Club, the items(s) are refunded.
Operators Coffee Club keeps the right to refuse any returned items, which are not complying with the Return Terms & Conditions.
Items excluded withdrawal
The following product types are excluded withdrawal:
Delivery of sealed goods for protection of health or hygiene reasons not suitable to be returned, and where the seal has been broken after delivery. I.e. anti-blister socks.
Delivery of goods by reason of their nature are inseparably mixed with other items on delivery. For the safety of our consumers and suppliers, some of our perishable products (coffee and edibles) are non-returnable. These items are eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the goods. Once your refund claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Credits & Gift Cards
Any credits granted through the https://OperatorsCoffee.Club or any value associated with an Operators Coffee Club gift card cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.
Our gift cards don't expire or decrease in value if unused.
The customer has 14 days right of withdrawal. Gift cards can't be returned or cancelled after the right of withdrawal period.
Refunds for orders paid with a gift card are applied to the gift card (see your refund email if you no longer have the card). If you return an order purchased with multiple gift cards, the total dollar value will be refunded to the most recently purchased gift card. If you return product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the refund is first applied to the credit or debit card or PayPal account, up to the original amount charged, and then to the gift card.
After entering your gift card during checkout, the balance will immediately be deducted from the order total. If your order total exceeds the amount on your gift card, you can pay the remainder with a credit or debit card, PayPal account, discount code or additional gift card(s). You can check your gift card balance by entering your code in the “Enter Gift Card Code” box in the shopping cart. Any remaining balance on the gift card after purchase can be used for future purchases.
Operators Coffee Club attempts to be as accurate as possible; however, it does not warrant that information provided on the Site or in connection with the Service, including pricing information, is accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event of an error, whether on the Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, in the Service or otherwise, Operators Coffee Club reserves the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
If Operators Coffee Club makes an error on your bill, Operators Coffee Club will correct it promptly after you notify Operators Coffee Club and Operators Coffee Club has investigated and verified the error. You must notify Operators Coffee Club in writing within 120 days after an error first appears on your bill. If you do not report the error to Operators Coffee Club within such 120 days period, Operators Coffee Club will not be required to correct the error and you agree to pay the amount billed. You release Operators Coffee Club from all liability and claims of loss resulting from any error that you do not report to Operators Coffee Club within 120 days after the error first appears on your online statement.
You are responsible for any taxes that are obligated to be paid or that Operators Coffee Club may collect from you in connection with the purchase. If you do not pay such sales or other tax or fee on a transaction, you will be responsible for such taxes or fees in the event that they are later determined to be payable on such sale, and Operators Coffee Club reserves the right to collect such taxes or other fees from you at any time.
These Terms of Sale and all online sales will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Denmark, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Sale will be filed only in the federal courts located in Copenhagen, Denmark and the parties hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Sale.
If any provision of these Terms of Sale will be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms of Sale and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The following subscription terms apply to all subscriptions and gift cards on subscriptions purchased from Operators Coffee Club. When you buy our coffee and tea on a subscription, you also accept our general terms and conditions.
Payment for your subscription order is paid in monthly installments. The first installment is paid at the time of subscription creation at check-out and you will receive an invoice for the purchase of your subscription. Subsequently, the fixed monthly installment of your chosen payment method is deducted once a month and the amount is only withdrawn once your order has been shipped. You will receive an invoice as confirmation of payment of your monthly payment for the entire subscription period. The total invoicing period appears on the individual product page and can only be 3, 6 or 12 months. You can always see your order history, receipts as well as subscription info and remaining shipments for the subscription in your account at Operators Coffee Club.
NONE of our subscriptions or gift cards on a subscription are automatically renewed beyond the selected subscription period stated on the product page and at check-out. If you want to continue your subscription, you must therefore sign up for a new subscription that suits your need for coffee.
Changes to subscription or delivery address
If you get a new payment card or need to change your payment and delivery information, it is important that you go to your profile and change your customer information. If you do not change your customer information, it is not possible for us to deduct the agreed payment for your next delivery, and you will therefore not receive your delivery.

Your order will always be sent the first weekday after you placed your order. This will also apply to your future deliveries of your subscription shipments for the duration of your subscription.
When you purchase a subscription, you choose your preferred delivery method from our available shipping agreements. We reserve the right to ship orders via other carriers, provided delivery time, location and other conditions match your chosen delivery method.
Right of withdrawal
When you buy a subscription with us, you have a 14-day right of cancellation.
Subscription period and termination
The agreement is valid from the day you enter into the subscription agreement and continues until either: the subscription expires, you cancel the subscription, or in the event of non-payment. Subscriptions run until the selected 3, 6- or 12-month subscription period is over. Subscriptions can be terminated at any time by contacting us by e-mail or mail. We also reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time and certainly will in the event of missing payment.
Changes and reservations
We reserve the right to change prices and fees, the event of sold-out items, and changes to our general subscription conditions based on internal price changes, changes in external costs (freight surcharges, customs duties, etc.), changes at our suppliers, product and content changes and changes in applicable legislation. If the price of your subscription needs to be changed, you will receive an email from us, with the option to cancel your subscription before a change in your subscription takes effect.
Processing of personal information
To manage your subscription, Operators Coffee Club processes a variety of information about you, including name, address, telephone number, email, and other matters relevant to your subscription. By subscribing to a subscription, you consent to us using the information for the administration of your subscription and for statistical purposes.
