In Brazil, in one of the regions whose major vocation is coffee production, Danesi have chosen a simply unique coffee, produced by adopting special practices and traditions on coffee growing and processing methods passed on several generations. Danesi Caffé's Brasil has intense and complex aromas. The sweetness comes from notes of red fruits like raspberries, complemented by raisins. The body is creamy and velvety. The aftertaste has a sweet milk chocolate flavor.
The 100% Arabica beans were grown at an altitude of 950- 1180 meters in Brazil. The selected, hand-picked coffee beans were dried under the sun for more than 20 days and slowly roasted at Danesi Roastery in Rome. The beans are of the Arabica Yellow Bourbon variety.
